Dr. Tanuj Paul Bhatia has earned national recognition for managing highly complex urological conditions, including large prostate surgeries, kidney stone disease, reconstructive urology, and advanced endourological procedures — recognised for his expertise in HoLEP, RIRS, Laser Stone Surgery and Advanced Endourology, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes with minimally invasive techniques. Beyond surgery, he is a passionate educator and mentor, training hundreds of young urologists, conducting live surgical demonstrations, and representing India at international urology conferences across Dubai, Montreal, Istanbul, Cairo and Nepal. His career includes roles as Lecturer at Manipal College of Medical Sciences (Nepal), Senior Resident in Urology at Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital, Delhi, and Senior Consultant & Head at the Institute of Laser Urological Surgeries, Sarvodaya Hospital, before founding ILSS Ashwani Hospital.
