One of India's leading urologists and a pioneer in advanced laser urology and minimally invasive surgery. As Chairman of Urology at ILSS Ashwani Hospital, he has been instrumental in establishing the hospital as a premier centre for laser urology and stone surgery.
Dr. Tanuj Paul Bhatia has earned national recognition for managing highly complex urological conditions, including large prostate surgeries, kidney stone disease, reconstructive urology, and advanced endourological procedures — recognised for his expertise in HoLEP, RIRS, Laser Stone Surgery and Advanced Endourology, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes with minimally invasive techniques. Beyond surgery, he is a passionate educator and mentor, training hundreds of young urologists, conducting live surgical demonstrations, and representing India at international urology conferences across Dubai, Montreal, Istanbul, Cairo and Nepal. His career includes roles as Lecturer at Manipal College of Medical Sciences (Nepal), Senior Resident in Urology at Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital, Delhi, and Senior Consultant & Head at the Institute of Laser Urological Surgeries, Sarvodaya Hospital, before founding ILSS Ashwani Hospital. His achievements include the DUSCON Achiever Award (2020–2023), Faculty of Eminence (FEISU) by the Urological Society of India, and Best LASER Video Awards at USICON 2017 and Advances in Endourology, Ahmedabad (2023). He is an active member of the Urological Society of India, American Urological Association, Endourological Society, and several other professional bodies, and has served as Co-Chair of the Flexible Ureteroscopy Working Group, International Alliance of Urolithiasis.
An accomplished Urologist, Endourologist, Andrologist and Reconstructive Urology Surgeon specialising in advanced endourology, laser prostate surgery, and kidney stone management. As Director of Urology, he plays a pivotal role in expanding advanced urological services at ILSS Ashwani Hospital.
Dr. Sumit More has successfully treated 50,000+ patients and performed 10,000+ urological surgeries, and is recognised for delivering advanced, minimally invasive urological care with outstanding patient outcomes. He specialises in advanced laser surgeries for kidney stones and prostate enlargement, laparoscopic and reconstructive urology, uro-oncology, and kidney transplant evaluation. He believes every patient deserves personalised attention, clear communication, and access to the latest advances in urological care, combining cutting-edge surgical techniques with compassionate care focused on faster recovery. Prior to ILSS Ashwani Hospital, he served as Consultant Urologist at Sama Hospital (New Delhi), SCI International Hospital, Sarvodaya Hospital & Research Centre (Faridabad), and Sunrise Hospital (Delhi). Dr. More has contributed to urological research and academics with conference presentations on prostate cancer, metabolic syndrome in urological patients, kidney stone surgery outcomes, and advanced endourology. He has completed the AIIMS Ultrasound Trauma Life Support (AUTLS) course and is an active member of the Urological Society of India, American Urological Association, European Association of Urology, and Urological Association of Kerala.

Ms. Manisha Khurana has played a crucial role in strengthening clinical governance and driving continuous quality improvement across the organisation, with extensive expertise in hospital administration, healthcare quality, NABH accreditation, patient safety, and operational management. Her leadership focuses on integrating clinical excellence with efficient hospital operations, ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, transparent, and standardised care. Through innovation, process optimisation, and a culture of continuous improvement, she continues to elevate the patient experience while supporting ILSS's mission of delivering world-class healthcare.
