Dr. Bhatia’s remarkable journey includes a series of firsts in India’s medical landscape. He notably performed HoLEP surgery on a 106-year-old patient, showcasing his pioneering spirit and dedication to improving patients’ lives, regardless of age. Additionally, he introduced the groundbreaking technique of Catheter-free UroLIFT under Local Anesthesia, revolutionizing the treatment of prostate issues. His commitment to innovation extended to North India, where he pioneered UroLIFT for Prostate under Local Anesthesia.
Notably, Dr. Bhatia has perfected the art of treating kidney stones in anomalous kidneys with a no-cut, no-scar technique known as RIRS, ensuring minimal discomfort and scarring for his patients. Furthermore, he has shared his knowledge generously, mentoring over 100 Indian and international Urologists in advanced LASER surgeries like HoLEP and RIRS.
His contributions extend beyond the operating room, as Dr. Bhatia has been an invited operative faculty at various prestigious events worldwide, from PGI Chandigarh to Montreal, Canada. This global recognition underscores his commitment to advancing healthcare on an international scale.

Dr. Sumit More, Director of Urology at ILSS, is a distinguished figure in the field of urology, boasting a rich and impactful career. As a member of prestigious organizations including the Urological Society of India (USI), South Zone USI, and the Haryana Urology Association, Dr. Sumit More is deeply committed to advancing the field of urology.
Dr. Sumit’s specialized interests span a wide spectrum of urological procedures, reflecting his exceptional expertise. He is a master of endourology, showcasing proficiency in advanced techniques such as RIRS, HoLEP, Laser OIU, URS, TURBT, and TURP. Furthermore, his proficiency extends to laparoscopic urology procedures, including nephrectomy, radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, and cyst deroofing. His prowess in interventional urology is highly respected, with experience in PCNL, PCN insertion, TRUS, and TRUS-guided biopsy. Dr. Sumit is also recognized for his skill in reconstructive urology, having successfully performed urethroplasties (end-to-end and BMG urethroplasty) and hypospadias repairs.
Dr. Sumit More’s remarkable contributions have earned him recognition, particularly for his pivotal role in organizing the Mid-term CME – LASERCON, where he was honored by NZUSI.
